Firstly, I would take the money in yearly payments instead of taking the entire amount all at once. This will reduce any mistakes I could do in handling my money, so that I don't lose it all. I will then pay off all of my debts and start to save the money that I don't need right away. Secondly, I will try to live my life as normally as possible. I will keep my job and I will not buy anything too expensive, such as a large house in Europe, or a nice expensive car. I will make sure that I have enough money to help out my children so that they too will live a nice and comfortable life. Finally, I will give some of my money to charities so that people that are not as lucky as me could live an easier life.
Although winning the lottery can completely change my life, I still would not play the lottery. This is because in Libya and most Muslim countries, the lottery is not allowed. This is due to religious reasons, where in Islam, gambling with your money is not allowed.

You're right, I guess you can't win millions in the lottery! Of course, most people who play in Canada will never win as well. I'm glad to hear you wouldn't change your life much.
